This week in shop, I was mainly focused on taking care of some "beginning of the year" tasks. These projects included making a permanent box tag, creating a name tag for my locker, and making sure that my old project still works after sitting untouched all summer.
The first two tasks were easily completed after following a very helpful series of guides, but my old required more unique creation. I designed three different InkScape files; One for the backplate, midplate, and cover. I originally intended on cutting these out of cardboard, but I will probably opt for wood. This will make the final product look a lot cleaner.
