(Feb. 6 - Mar. 4) Soldering

This week in shop, I worked on soldering together the LEDs for my news project. I have put this off for a really long time and it was about time to try to finish this project. For an overview of the new board go here. I am not very good at soldering, but by taking my time and making sure to use good technique I was able to make a couple dozen "satisfactory" connections. From here I will still need to build the case to contain the LEDs and hang up the project somewhere. After that I think that I will use what I have learned in my exploration with machine learning and computer vision to attempt to make a self driving rc car.
