(Dec. 11-17) CAD Work

This week in shop, I worked on a new design for the case of the LED display. I am not 100% on the final design yet, but it is already a large improvement over the previous version. I added a channel for the LED strips to follow and a larger area for containing the circuitry. At this moment I want to have this inner plate slide in and out of the outer casing which will be the screen and backplate. I also did research on the type of LEDs I should use, but concluded that there are no "brighter" LEDs.
