This week in shop, I worked on starting a new project. I personally feel like starting something is the hardest part. Even though I had worked with the Raspberry Pi before, I ran into several problems that were both new and old. My first task was to get it connected to the internet. I went through several installs, two different cables, and a different Pi, until I realized the ethernet port I was connected to was not working.
After getting the Pi all hooked up, I was informed that there was no default log in. I would have to re-etch the os using the Raspberry Pi imager. Then I was finally able to connect to the Pi.
The rest of my time was spent installing the necessities and all of the packages for Opencv.
